It seems that the Task can only find one message even though the Task's readme states "receive messages". This is because the the method ReceiveMessageAsync() returns only one message. The Task needs to be changed to make the ReceiveMessageAsync() call inside a loop. There's also

For security reasons a decrypted file shouldn't be stored as a physical file anywhere. The decrypted content should only be local to the process. The Task should instead return the decrypted file as an object (for example as Files.Read does)
