Frends.Oracle.ExecuteProcedure not returning param values

It’s likely that this problem also exists in the older task (4.7) because someone created custom task as a workaround. However, this doesn’t make sense to migrate a task that is very similar to this one. Also, please note that this is quite important to have in a few weeks.
