SFTP ReadFile Task - add binary file support

Not sure what is best: adding a new task or extend the existing ReadFile task. But we really miss the option to read binary files' contents in memory with just a single Task. We suggest adding a parameter to the existing task SFTP.ReadFile, something like ReadAsBinary. Or alternatively, always read file as binary, and extend the Result with BinaryContent or Bytes property - next to the existing string Content. Would really appreciate this feature, thanks!
