AzureDataLake.UploadFiles: Close-option

UploadFiles task could use UploadAsync(String, DataLakeFileUploadOptions, CancellationToken) overload for uploading files. That would enable usage of DataLakeFileUploadOptions.Close property, that could be added to task parameters. This way we could get Azure Storage Events for file changes. I already tested a custom task based on the official task's source code with this option, and it worked. Suggested overload: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dotnet/api/azure.storage.files.datalake.datalakefileclient.uploadasync?view=azure-dotnet#azure-storage-files-datalake-datalakefileclient-uploadasync(system-string-azure-storage-files-datalake-models-datalakefileuploadoptions-system-threading-cancellationtoken) DataLakeFileUploadOptions.Close Property: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dotnet/api/azure.storage.files.datalake.models.datalakefileuploadoptions.close?view=azure-dotnet#azure-storage-files-datalake-models-datalakefileuploadoptions-close
