CSV Create task and boolean representation

When the task Frends.CSV.Create is passed a JSON string, all boolean values come out as "True"/"False" instead of "true"/"false", presumably due to how C# handles booleans and the ToString() method. It would be good to have the option to choose which representation to use, as not all systems are able to map one to the other and the workarounds are risky (.Replace("False","false").Replace("True","true")) or add complexity (making sure all boolean fields in the JSON are mapped to string fields with "true"/"false").
